
About the Project
When you think of PayPal you don’t think of Omaha, NE. But that is exactly where my most recent Director job took me. I was hired on again as a Director and Creative Director for PayPal for another corporate success story with using their sales approach “Game Changer.” Cara J. was our expert for the day and my job was to document her recent success story with one of their clients.
My Role
This time, I was hired on as the Director and Creative Director for this piece for PayPal. We had a great crew on board and we’re excited to see the final piece once it’s made public (still in the edit phase).
For the Creative Director role, my task is to oversee all aspects of the creative direction and flow of the storyline within the edit. Even though we’re still in the edit phase, everything is coming together nicely and I know PayPal will be thrilled to see the final piece.
Key Challenge
Our biggest challenge was upon arrival at our location at PayPal’s offices. Our talent, Cara, had reserved two different office spaces for our shot but upon seeing them, I instantly knew that they wouldn’t do and would be extremely boring for anyone watching the film. So, without a moment’s delay I was able to get Cara to help us find another conference room to conduct our interview.
Within a couple hours, Cara’s story was captured and we were even able to reenacted several b-roll shots of Cara interacting with co-workers and working with her clients.
